Refund Policy
We want purchases from Kurosho Studio to be clear and fair.
For one-time software purchases, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- You were charged by mistake
- The product does not function substantially as described
- You are unable to access purchased features due to a technical issue that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time
Refund requests may be denied if:
- The request is made after 7 days
- The product was used extensively after purchase
- The issue was caused by unsupported environments or user-side misuse
- The purchase was abusive or fraudulent
To request a refund, contact support@bitelog.shopon96.com. Please include the product name, purchase email, purchase date, and reason for the request.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
